CanTrack received an early morning call. Two Tippers had been stolen from a works site in Hertfordshire. One of the stolen Tippers was covered by our CanTrack Protect tracking technology. With the help of our leading-edge technology, our Investigators arrived quickly in the approximate location of the CanTrack tracked Tipper.
Upon further detailed investigation by our exceptionally skilled Investigators, the most likely location was pinpointed.
Due to the location and because of the time of day we utilised our contacts within Hertfordshire Police to gain further local intelligence. Together with the local Police, our Investigator entered the site, a number of transit vans were visible in the pin-pointed location. Following the homing beacon, our Investigator tracked the Tipper to a high roof transit. As our Investigator walked around the transit van another Tipper was seen slightly hidden underneath some tarpaulin. This was later confirmed as the second stolen Tipper.
Once again, a successful Theft recovery for our CanTrack Investigators and a fantastic result for our customer as both units recovered.
