CanTrack Investigators were informed of a double theft over the weekend from the same location in Berkshire. Even though the theft was not reported for two days the delay did not hinder our Investigators.
The second of our stolen items had travelled into Middlesex.
Our In house Investigations unit remotely tracked the unit to a residential street in Middlesex. Once our Inverstogator had arrived at the general location, they were then able to utilise the homing beacon technology to pinpoint the Bowser pressure washer. Although this wasn’t too difficult as the Bowser had been hidden in plain sight attached to a white Transit van. Police were requested to attend. Unsurprisingly, on further investigation, it transpired that the van was also stolen.
Both our customer and the van owner were informed of the successful recovery. Our customer retrieved their Bowser Pressure washer and could return to work.
Both stolen units stolen from the Berkshire site were protected with CanTrack Protect technology. Both stolen units were recovered within 4 hours from theft alert.
