We received notification of a stolen Hamm roller that was showing up in Leinster, Ireland.
Our Irish Investigations Unit sprang into action with visual confirmation of the machine promptly secured. The machine was on private ground but, after a controlled discussion with the land-owner, we were given access to check the machine with assistance from the local Garda. A quick check confirmed it was the machine stolen so recovery was booked to the rightful owners’ local depot.
Without our technology or Investigations Unit, it’s unlikely the owner would have recovered this machine. The fact that we have a respected Investigations Unit not just in the UK but also in Ireland ensured local Garda compliance that eventually led to the successful machine recovery.
