JCB road roller and 1 ton hi tip dumper recovery

Mid morning and a JCB road roller is alerted to us as being stolen in the Cheshire area. Our control room ascertains its exact position close to the theft scene and our investigations team are en route. Quickly, however we are advised that the target is on the move. We change direction and track its location to a private site. Police are advised and alongside eight officers we enter the premises and find our missing roller and in addition, a 1 ton hi tip dumper stolen the previous night. Within 7 hours we have successfully recovered and closed out the job as well as securing the safe return of somebody else’s machine! CanTrack Global 2 – Thieves 0!
