Another theft from one of the “Hot Spots” we identified last month – Yorkshire.
As soon as a theft is reported our CanTrack Investigators begin remotely tracking the stolen item. When a static location is established they head in this direction to secure and recover the item. This theft was of one Thwaites Dumper. Interestingly, once in the vicinity of the stolen dumper and homing beacon technology employed, not one, but three dumpers were found. With Police in attendance and admittance granted from the yard keyholder, our CanTrack Investigator entered the site. The Dumper protected by CanTrack Protect technology was then able to be recovered by our customer.
As well as the Dumper protected with CanTrack Protect technology, two further dumpers were recovered by police. Police then went on to recover three Excavators and one Fuel Cube. A high-value recovery of Plant by our Investigator. Many of these items were stolen from Yorkshire and Surrey.
